every name has inspiration

why close your menu? this is a daily frustration for me.. u say "i might need a minute to look at the menu" and you never close the menu, how do i know you are finished "looking"? if need be you can leave your finger/hand in the menu so you can point at the item you cannot pronounce, just don't be upset if i took longer than you wished for me to return for your order.. you gave no sign (closing the menu) that you were ready to order.. i'm hoping that you will leave me a tip, so i can't tell you this to your face.. this is just one of the thoughts i keep in my head..
